Follow the shoreline

The South West Coast Path provides scenic walking in both directions. Head west for Carbis Bay and onward toward St Ives, or east around Hawkes Point toward the broad sands of Porthkidney and the Hayle Estuary.

Tide awareness

At low tide the sands can extend around Hawkes Point, but coastal conditions change quickly. Use the established coast path and check local tide information before shoreline walks.
