We' re a small, tight knit team and we like it that way - it means we can be exceptional.

Just moments’ walk from the cream sands below, our luxury French boutique/ Hamptons-style spaces blend the elegance and comfort you’d expect from a five-star hotel with the freedom of doing things your way.

So you can stew the blackberries you pick on the coast path. Or invite your children’s new friends for tea. Or cook a lazy winter’s brunch at two in the afternoon. Or load up the fridge with Camel Valley Brut.

And we’re here. As much or as little as you want.

"Absolutely Amazing"

We fell in love with Carbis Bay, so much so , we didn't want to come home. This was our 1st visit and stay at Hawke's Point holiday apartments and it was truly amazing! If you are looking for 5 star accomodation in perfect surroundings, then look no further! The standard of accomodation is excellent - it is immaculate from the bed linen to the fluffy towels and bath robes. We were also impressed with all of the utilities and how well equipped the apartment was. The view from our balcony looking towards St Ives was beautiful and whatching the sun setting was awe inspiring. We were welcomed with an array of cornish goodies and beautiful flowers. We had a perfect week and have booked to return next year.

September in St Ives

A favourite with locals and visitors alike, September offers so many great reasons to visit. Although the streets quieten down, the shops and restaurants stay open, the sun hangs around in the sky and the sea is warmer after a summer of lovely days.

The big draw is the St Ives September Festival, a celebration of music, art, literature and more. This year it takes place from Saturday 8th to Friday 21st and it promises to be a fun 2 weeks.

Don’t fret if you can’t make it during festival season, there’s so much more to this month than live music, poetry readings and art walks.

September swells are in the calendar of all local surfers, with long clean waves and some of the warmest waters of the year. After a day on the water, come back to your own luxury apartment for a bit of al fresco dining and enjoy the long Indian Summer evenings.
